The world I see is a feast of light, color and form. As an artist, I feel compelled to celebrate and communicate the lushness of my visual experience. Each of my paintings highlight different combinations of the fascinating interplay of light upon color and shape. Whether it is the lines of a machine, the contours of a human face, or the random asymmetry of nature, these subjects all capture my imagination. Everything from rust to rocks has its own beauty, often overlooked by passersby. I want to bring this world alive; to make people take notice. We all need more beauty in our lives.
“Beauty will save the world”
- Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
